If you are in Hospital and or in a care home and require us to visit you at a time the suits you we are here to help.
We can carry out detailed capacity assessment also if needed on the premises. Once we have established you have capacity we can expediate any services you wish whether its your Will or Lasting Power of Attorney.
Having a legally qualified assessment for capacity is very important to ensure your Will and or Lasting power of Attorney is legally valid and not rendered void due to capacity issues.

Please note: Home visits are only currently available in Warwickshire and West Midlands. We can however take your instructions from anywhere in the England and Wales. (Not Scotland)
