Whilst most Wills have to be in writing and that you have to be at least 18 to make a Will this is not the case with Privileged Wills.
A Privileged Will can be made orally and furthermore it does not require a Witness.
But Privileged Wills are only valid if made whilst a Soldiers and or Sailors are on active duty.
