Mutual Wills are rarely used these days however they basically allow two people making a Will to have exactly the same wish in both their Wills, They are separate Wills executed under an agreement that they will not be revoked and or altered at least after one party to the agreement has died.

The agreement for Mutual Wills can be made orally and or in writing, however the express terms of the Wills should be stated in the Wills.
