A Single Will can be used by anyone, whether single, married or in a civil partnership.

It allows you to make gifts of items and money to whoever you wish and and also allows you to leave the remainder of your estate to the named person/s in whatever amount of shares you decide appropriate.

It allows you to decide who your estate is passed to and when. Maybe, when they are 21 or 25.
It allows you to appoint guardians for your children (if they are still under the age of 18) or a guardians for your pets.

Maybe you have a favourite charity, you may wish to leave money to your chosen charity.
